Shipping & Delivery

All orders are sent from our warehouse in Katrineholm, Sweden. The delivery time within Sweden is 1-2 business days.

For more information regarding the price and estimated delivery time for your country of residence, please visit our shipping page, where you will find delivery times and options for your region.

During sale periods the delivery time may be longer. If you believe that your order is delayed, please contact us.

If you order within Sweden, we offer free shipping for orders above 1500 SEK. For orders below 1500 SEK, a shipping cost of 49-79 SEK (depending on shipment choice) will be added.

For orders outside of Sweden, you can find information about the shipping cost to your country on our shipping page.

Yes, we ship our products all over the globe.

We aim to send your order within 1 business day and you will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as it is sent.

Occasionally, delivery delays occur. Unfortunately, we have no control over shipment once your order departs our warehouse. If there are any issues with the delivery for reasons out of our control (address provided to us is not accurate, issues within the shipping company, etc.), we are not responsible for shipping delays.

Please contact customer service at your shipping provider in the first instance for questions about your delivery delay. If you need further assistance, contact us at shop@bynomino.com.

Once your order has been placed and confirmed, we can not cancel or modify it. Therefore, we kindly ask you to carefully review your order details before submitting it. This will help ensure that your order is accurate and meets your needs.

Returns & Refunds

At Nomino we aim to provide you with quality products and service at all times. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer an easy return process through our Return & Exchange Portal.

You can return your item(s) within 14 days after receiving for a refund. The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and unused with original tags attached.

If you wish to exchange to a new product or size, you can do that directly in our Return & Exchange portal.

A refund request can be submitted within 14 days after the product has arrived to the customer.

In the case when the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you are eligible for a full refund of the products, except the return cost. You can find the return cost for your country at our return page.

Please note that the shipping cost will not be refunded. Shipping costs applies to all international orders and orders under 1500 SEK in Sweden.

In the case when the product has been used, you are not eligible for a refund.

In the case when a product has been damaged, and the damage is not covered by your warranty, you are not eligible for a refund.
